Anthony Gallo, PE

Chief Estimator

Anthony brings over 15 years experience and is a Hofstra graduate and also holds a Professional Engineering License.  He holds the position of Chief Estimator and Project Executive and brings a wealth of knowledge in infrastructure projects.  He has worked on many projects in the NYC Metropolitan Area in both estimating and operations.  Anthony brings experience from many infrastructure projects.  Some notable projects bid and won, as well as taking on project management roles, are Newtown Creek 35G ($600M), ESA CM005 ($200M), Myrtle Avenue Viaduct ($95M), Catskill Tunnel Rehab ($160M), Chesapeake Thimble Shoals Tunnel ($800M).

Brian Magh

Senior Estimator

Brian is a graduate of the University of Buffalo where he studied civil engineering.  He brings with him over 15 years of experience working on heavy civil infrastructure projects.  He holds the position of Senior Estimator and Project Manager.  He, like Anthony, has held positions in both estimating and project management and has been a key team member in the firms he has worked for.  Brian has been part of projects and programs such as the Second Avenue Subway, East Side Access and the Union Port Bridge.  Brian has experience bidding and managing projects for the MTA, NYCDEP, PANYNJ, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NJTA, etc.

joseph rogosich

Env. Health & Safety Director

Joe, a graduate of Queens College, has over 18 years of construction safety experience. He holds the position of Environmental, Health and Safety Director. During his career, Joe has worked on numerous projects including Newtown Creek, the Second Ave Subway, and Myrtle Avenue Viaduct. He specializes in safety compliance for the MTA, NYCDEP, NYCDOT, NJDOT, and NYC School Construction Authority. Currently an OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer approved to sit for the Certified Safety Professional Exam, Joe holds several safety accreditations making him a valuable addition to the VMR Civil Team.
