MIchael Levine

Michael brings with him over 30 years of experience working in the construction industry, in both the civil and building markets.  He has helped his family owned business flourish through the past two decades.  Michael is known throughout the industry as a man with ultimate integrity, strong family, company and community values.  Michael is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Ross Levine

Ross has over 25 years of experience in the public works and private works industries.  He, along with his brother Michael, is most known for his role as co-owner of L&L Painting.  Under Ross’ leadership, this family owned business has worked on many infrastructure projects throughout the NYC Metropolitan area, including notable and iconic structures such as the 59th Street Bridge, East Side Access, Throgs Neck Bridge, and countless others.  Ross is a graduate of Syracuse University

Massimo Viti

Mass has 25 years of experience working on signature projects throughout the NYC Metropolitan area.  He started his career with Skanska from the mid 90’s until 2008 where he was a Vice President, and recently left his position as the Executive Director of Schiavone Construction to team up with Michael and Ross Levine to form VMR Civil.  Mass has worked on many signature projects such as the Second Avenue Subway, East Side Access, Croton and Catskill Filtration facilities, Newtown Creek Water Pollution Plant, In-City Power, just to name a few.  Mass’ experience spans from transit systems, bridges and roads, tunnels and power.  Mass is a graduate of the State University of New York.
